Prices in USD, billed annually against a purchase order. One-time setup of $1,500 covers onboarding, roster and prospect import, and staff training. Video and wearables/readiness are available as add-ons; recruiting is never an add-on and ships in every license.
Academies pay by how many players they run. A college program is different: the roster is fixed by rule, and the real workload is a recruiting pipeline of a hundred or more prospects a year, roster turnover of roughly a quarter every season, and institutional process. None of that scales with squad size.
